Shipping policy.

Redwood Floral Press is located in Peterborough, Ontario for local drop off of bouquets. If you are outside the local area and unable to drop off in person, we accept bouquets shipped from anywhere within Canada.

We ask that bouquets be dropped off to us within 1 - 3 days after an event, and for shipping, that the customer selects overnight shipping from the courier of their choice and ships their bouquet to us on the first business day following their event. Cost of shipping flowers is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Overnight shipping is particularly important in order for the flowers to reach us still in healthy condition for pressing. We would hate to see a bouquet delayed in transit, particularly during very warm, summer months.

Once a frame is completed, if the customer has selected to have their frame shipped back to them, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping. An invoice with shipping amount will be provided to the customer prior to their frame being shipped back to them.

At this time, flowers can only be shipped within Canada.
