Refund Policy.

Returns. Thank you for trusting Redwood Floral Press with your blooms. At this time, we do not accept any returns and all orders are considered final sale. That being said, we strive to ensure your finished product is exactly as you dreamt of, and work with you throughout the design and framing process to ensure this is possible.

Damage. Once you have received your final product, please inspect it and contact us immediately if there are any issues with the frame or noticeable damage. We will work with you to correct any defects or damage found on your product.
