Shipping your flowers.

Packing Details
· Needed: cardboard shipping box (can be a recycled box or you can purchase a shipping box from mail courier), medium-large plastic food storage bags (i.e., freezer bag or large sandwich bag), 1 - 2 rolls of paper towel, and a rubber band or string.
· Please do not use bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or frozen packs.

 Bouquet Preparation
1.
Trim stems on an angle, but do not take the bouquet apart.
2.  Wrap the stems in wet paper towel, place stems into bag with rubber band around them to hold in moisture. Please ensure only the stems are in the bag and that the blooms are not in the plastic.
3.  Wrap the flowers with dry paper towel, gently and loosely, several times outside the entire bouquet to hold it together.

 Shipping the bouquet
1.     Place the bouquet in a box larger than the bouquet with crumpled dry paper towel around the bouquet (please do not use bubble wrap or packing peanuts). Try to keep the bouquet upright in the box and pack loosely enough for the bouquet to move a little but not slide around the box.
2.     Ship using overnight express (FedEx, UPS, and Purolator all ship overnight)
3.     Do not require a signature. This way, the bouquet can be left at my door if I am unable to answer it momentarily when it arrives.
4.     If given the option, have it delivered as early (a.m.) as possible in the warmer months before it gets too warm.
5.     Once shipped, please let me know and provide the tracking number. I will confirm when I have received the flowers in the mail.

The shipping address will be provided to you prior to your event.
